Market Up a commercial development, consists of three phases.  

Our involvement in the project was the 3rd Phase, which was converting an existing industrial warehouse to office units.

The original building, which was built in the 1940's, was home to the 7Up bottle factory.

The design architects, Huff + Gooden, retained the facade of the existing building with minimal changes made to accommodate the new function of office space.
